Our Amira Handflower Bracelet is made in a unique design of bright, fire polished beads which rests upon the back of the hand as a lovely, unusual jewelry piece. We are particularly proud of this all-original handflower design. Slave bracelets, or hand-flowers, were all basic triangles or a length of chain before Chainmail & More's designer/owner created these. The attractive chainmail base adds to this jewelry's overall appeal. The dual finger chains at the top fill out the design, making it more of a hand bracelet than a traditional slave bracelet, which is why we first came up with the term 'Handflower'. These chains hold and open the flower, which has the added benefit of making it less likely to slip around during activities such as belly dancing.
The chains loop comfortably over fingers without impeding movement. For smaller hands, those chains may be easily worn over more than one finger for a better fit. As an example of how comfortable it is, the designer often wears hers like that while making chain mail.
This piece fits from 6"-8½" wrists, though we can adjust this sizing if needed.
